Refund Policy
Please pay
attention: Dear customer, due to
our product being customized, the cost is high. Once the product is made, we
can’t give a full refund, except for product quality issues.
Order Cancellation
Policy
1. Once you place
an order, we’ll produce the goods immediately. If you want to cancel the order,
please contact us within 24 hours.
2. Order refund
will be judged according to products. If the product hasn’t been made, we would
give you a full refund; if the product has started to be made, we would only
give you 70% refunds.
3. If the order
has been placed for more than 24 hours and the order has been shipped, except
for product quality problems, no refund will be accepted.
The following reasons
are covered by a 60-day refund/exchange
policy
1. The product
has quality problems.
2. Lost pieces
caused by logistics, delivery to the wrong address, and unsuccessful delivery
will be destroyed.
3. Personalized
items are unique and cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
The following reasons
are not covered by the 60-day refund/exchange
policy
1. The product
has been damaged by misuse, mishandling or poor maintenance.
2. Any orders
received after 60 days from the
date of delivery.
3. Items that
have been used and damaged within 60 days of delivery.
4. The order
cannot be delivered due to personal reasons filling in the wrong address.
After-sale refund
instructions
1. If the
production effect is not good because of your customized photos or other
reasons, we don’t take any responsibility. If you need to remake, we can remake
it for you at half price of the original product.
2. If the product
has quality problems, we can remake it for you for free, and the buyer doesn’t
need to pay any fees. Because of the special nature of the customized products,
if you want a refund, we can only give you a 70% refund (excluding shipping
fees).
3. If the buyer
is dissatisfied with the product received, and there are no product problems,
we can’t remake or refund you, please understand.
4. If the order
is lost in transit, or destroyed, we can remake and deliver it for you for
free. If you request a refund, we can refund 70% of the product price
(excluding shipping).
5. For orders
that were returned to overseas warehouses after delivery failure, buyers need
to pay some shipping fee if they want to redeliver. Buyers only can receive 70%
of the product price (excluding shipping fee) if they want a refund.
